Buy Lyons First.

• Members of the Lyons Area Chamber of Commerce were asked to submit items and ideas for a local gift list to make it easier to "Buy Lyons First" and support our local businesses this holiday season.
• Supporting a thriving business climate and enhanced quality of life by promoting the economic, social, cultural and environmental sustainability of the Lyons area  begins by simply supporting one another whenever we can!
• Buying local supports local entrepreneurs, creates local jobs that stay in our community, increases sales and tax receipts to help finance our schools, arts, transportation, etc.
• The list is available in several formats that you can find in the sections below. Please 'spread the word" that buying local helps Lyons with 2-3 times more financial impact in our community, promotes  reinvestment, creates quality jobs, and encourages more donations to our local charities and causes. 
• And... there are great ideas and unique gifts here that just aren't available at your average, run-of-the-mill, giant chain store!
